The Journey

Early 2000s – 2026

Early 2000s

Foundation of a Career Vision

Identifying a critical gap in structured career guidance in India, Jitin Chawla set out to democratize informed career decision-making. At a time when career choices were narrow and awareness was low, he began conducting workshops and one-on-one counselling sessions to introduce students to emerging opportunities.

2000s – 2015

Building a National Impact Platform

Over the following decade, he built a comprehensive career development ecosystem, engaging directly with schools, universities, and communities across urban and semi-urban India.

  • 10,000+ career guidance workshops conducted nationwide

  • 500+ career fairs organized, connecting students with institutions and opportunities

  • Outreach extended across both urban and semi-urban regions

This phase laid the foundation for structured career counselling in Indian schools.

2015 – 2026

Scale & Institutional Collaboration

Jitin Chawla's impact expanded through collaboration with major educational bodies and government institutions.

  • Worked closely with CBSE, delivering sessions for students, parents, teachers, counsellors, and school leaders

  • Conducted counselling programs for government schools across Delhi, Punjab, and Rajasthan
