 As a Career Counsellor, you become the primary intellectual guide for students and families navigating complex academic choices. You don’t merely suggest options, you help students understand themselves.
You act as a bridge between aptitude and aspiration, helping young minds identify their strengths, capabilities, and realistic opportunities.

Requirements

  • Conduct deep, structured one-on-one counselling sessions with students from middle school to senior secondary levels.

  • Interpret psychometric assessments to understand behaviour patterns, learning styles, and career tendencies.

  • Design personalised academic roadmaps aligned with global higher education standards.

  • Guide families in subject selection, stream decisions, curriculum optimisation, and future-readiness planning.

  • Act as a trusted long-term mentor, not just a session-based consultant.

Study Abroad Advisor

This role positions you as a navigator of international futures. You will guide students and parents through global education ecosystems that feel overwhelming, confusing, and high-stakes.
You are not helping them go abroad.
You are helping them build global lives.

Requirements

  • Strategically assess student profiles and guide university selection across the USA, UK, Canada, Europe, Australia, Singapore and more.

  • Provide clarity on admission requirements, profile expectations, competitive benchmarks, and scholarship positioning.

  • Guide families through application timelines, document management, SOP strategy, visa processes, and transitional planning.

  • Stay updated with global shifts in education policy, immigration frameworks, and international student trends.

  • Act as a trusted point of comfort and reassurance for first-time global aspirant families.

Profile Building & Content Strategist

This role is at the heart of what makes our organisation innovative and globally respected. You will help students create strong intellectual and leadership identities.

Requirements

  • Mentor students in creating research papers, books, innovation projects, social impact initiatives, and leadership portfolios.

  • Help students develop strong LinkedIn presence, digital visibility, and academic storytelling.

  • Guide personal branding strategies aligned with international application standards.

  • Conduct workshops on creative thinking, articulation skills, and narrative development.

  • Help students translate experiences into impactful, authentic academic narratives.

Operation & Student Success Manager

This role ensures that every promise made to parents and students is actually delivered. You become the backbone of quality and consistency.

  • Oversee end-to-end student journeys, ensuring smooth coordination between counselling, mentorship, and application teams.
