Our Director

The journey of the Centre for Career Development started 24 years back (2000) when Mr. Jitin Chawla took a decision to dedicate his life to helping students. After completing his MBA from one of the top business schools, Faculty of Management Studies (University of Delhi), he worked for 5 years with multi-national companies like ICI (paints division) and North India’s largest Media group like Hindustan Times. It was during this period that he noticed students facing issues due to wrong career choices.

Within a span of just 24 years, we have already conducted more than 68,500 workshops and 500 career fairs in schools. Our team has actively conducted workshops and counselling sessions in the top colleges of Delhi such as Hansraj College, Daulat Ram College, Gargi College, IP College of Girls and many more universities. Initially, the focus was just on helping students with Indian universities and colleges, but now with changing trends and global education becoming more feasible, our students have reached the top universities in the world like Cornell University, Australian National University, London School of Economics, King's College, University of Melbourne, University of Sydney, National University of Singapore, Babson College, etc.

Our Company

We were also able to collaborate with the various corporations like Tata Steel, Taj group of Hotels, Indian Oil Corp., IFFCO, GAIL, NTPC-PMI, Moser Baer, Hero Honda, etc. During the years we have contributed various articles for the leading newspapers in India- Education Times, Hindustan Times, Dainik Jagran (Josh), Dainik Bhaskar, Amar Ujala (Education & Careers), Outlook (Careers 3600), India Today Aspire & Sahara Times.

We are also active on the social front and have worked with Smile foundation, Cankids, Palna, SOS childrens’ village of India as well as associations like Maheshwari Samaj, YMCA and Delhi Malayalee association.
